Mail will be delivered to the Course Office where you can pick it up at your convenience. Outgoing mail can be placed on the desk in the Course Office. Proper postage is required so bring some stamps.

The number for EMERGENCIES ONLY will be sent to you when you register.   Messages are checked throughout the day. You will be notified immediately when we receive a message. 

There will either be a phone available to you at your accommodations or there will be a phone accessible near the classroom. 

If you bring a cell phone we ask that you turn it off during classes.
